RevoŽ Bag Closer for Tape Binding - Single Needle, Single Thread DAC

Use of crepe tape provides double benefits of strong bag closing protection and visual appeal. RevoŽ DAC helps produce perfect tape bound closures in one operation and allows for precise tails at both the leading and trailing edge of the bag for an attractive and better sealed closure.
RevoŽ DAC comes with attachments for binding an attractive two inch wide crepe tape over the bag top. The lightweight three-part attachment features a Tape Holder, Tape Folder and Tape Cutter that allows the operator to sew 'stitch through tape' for a strong, attractive closure. The machine is completely portable or can be suspended using the Suspension Unit (See Accessories). The attachments can be quickly and easily removed when crepe taping is not required, reverting back to a regular single thread chain-stitch bag closer.

RevoŽ BELT Conveyor Base Sewing System BELT

A professional bag closing conveyor system built around the RevoŽ RC Series sewing heads.
The system features a conveyor system with speed of 20 meters per minute (1000 bags per hour).
The sewing head is controlled using a powerful electromagnetic clutch brake combination to ensure prompt run stop response from the press or release of the electric foot pedal.
The screw lead inside the pillar is fully enclosed from dust. Rotating the wheel requires minimum effort to adjust the height of the sewing head from 250mm to 1000mm from the conveyor belt. Pillar with optional drive motor is also available to control sewing head height using an up/down electric switch.
Low speed electric motor (940rpm, 3 phase) for operating the conveyor belt produces enormous torque to carry several number of filled bags placed on the conveyor at the same time with ease.
RevoŽ BELT conveyor system is also available with specifications given by the customer and can also be used with other conveyor sewing heads.

Economical RevoŽ NP-7A Portable bag closer with steel cam is designed for continuous use.
The economical high-speed RevoŽ NP-7A Portable Bag Closer with steel cam provides a long, minimum maintenance service life. Engineered for continuous operation, the single thread chain stitch bag closer has a top speed of 1,600 rpm.
The RevoŽ NP-7A closes bags of agricultural products, animal feeds, fertilizer, flour, chemicals and other pelleted and powder materials. The versatile closer also sews on horizontal surfaces and can be used to join two fabrics.
RevoŽ NP-7A closes virtually every type of bag, including Kraft paper, cotton, Hessian, jute, PP/PE woven cloth as well as other bag materials.
The portable closer is equipped with a safety plastic handle for insulation and features an oil pump lubrication system and automatic thread cutting. Oil lines direct lubricant to main moving elements.
Options available with the portable bag closer include double thread chain stitch, presser foot lifter, shoulder belt, thread cone cover, tape binding attachment and spring balancer with hanger.

RevoŽ SLAT Conveyor Base Sewing System SLAT

RevoŽ presents a rigged bag closing slat conveyor system built to provide reliable performance for years. The system features a slat conveyor with high production speed (adjustable) of 20 meters per minute (1000 bags per hour).

The counter weight inside the pillar ensures minimum stress on operator when using the wheel to adjust height of the sewing head from 200mm up to 1000mm. Low speed electric motor (940rpm, 3 phase) for operating the slat conveyor produces enough pulling power to carry severl number of filled bags placed on conveyor at the same time with minimum effort. Low ratio gearbox consisting of accurately machined and hardened gears, is immersed in high grade gear oil for minimum operation noise and smooth running.

RevoŽ Carpet Binding Sewing Machines - Single Needle, Three Thread R-20HTC

RevoŽ R-20HTC is a Plain Feed, Flat Bed, over-seaming stitch machine designed in particular to sew on thick carpets and rugs. Heavy presser foot and feed-dog mechanism gives the machines greater feeding power than other lightweight machines in the market. This also helps achieve smooth operation even when sewing on heaviest of materials.
This extra heavy duty machine is set-up to sew an 8mm stitch to completely cover the edge of material being used. However, the machine can also be modified to sew a 12mm stitch to give carpets the "wrap-around" curved-line sewing stitch. Special order machines can be set to provide the 12mm binding around the edges of the carpet.
